What You Will Do

This position is an operations team member for the company and is accountable for managing daytoday supply chain activities. As a key member of the operations team this is a “doer” position that requires a highlymotivated individual with strong professional skills and acumen interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with internal and external teams. This candidate must have a successful track record of supporting emerging companies preferably branded consumer products companies and working in a fastpaced team environment. Specifically we need someone who can do the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Directly lead and manage all aspects of both EDI and nonEDI order processing: purchase order processing confirmations distribution and warehouse logistics proof of deliveries delivery confirmations and invoicing.
• Work with partners to file and manage Deduction disputes.
• Collect and manage all supporting documentation in relation to Retail shipments.
• Organize filing for team support as needed.
• Provide Customer Support including primary contact for all questions confirmations and revision requests.
• Manage Broker/Customer database updating as needed and providing to team for reference.
• Ability to present to and work with diverse audiences and incorporate the perspectives of multiple communities specifically racially ethnically and gender diverse communities.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in consumer branded goods is highly desirable.
• Based locally in Denver area and be willing to be inoffice three days/week.
• Minimum of 1year experience in customer/operations functions ideally including prior experience with an entrepreneurial company.
• Possess key functional expertise across customer service and logistics.
• Prior experience organizing processes and systems to support growth is preferred.
• Experience with Quickbooks or another accounting system highly desirable.
