Job Title: Financial Operations yst
Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and ytical Financial Operations yst to join our finance team. As a Financial Operations yst you will be responsible for yzing financial data supporting financial operations and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Your role will involve conducting financial ysis preparing reports and collaborating with various departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial ysis including variance ysis trend ysis and financial modeling to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- ist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes by compiling data preparing reports and yzing financial performance.
- Monitor financial transactions and processes ensuring compliance with internal policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies recommending and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance operations and IT to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
- Prepare and present financial reports dashboards and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements process automation and integration of financial data.
- Support monthend and yearend close processes including reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
- Maintain doentation of financial procedures policies and controls to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Ss Required:
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in financial ysis financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Advanced Excel ss and experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational ss with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication ss both verbal and written for presenting ysis and interacting with stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
