Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Junior IT Operations yst to join our dynamic IT team. This role is ideal for individuals who are pionate about technology and eager to develop their ss in IT operations. As a Junior IT Operations yst you will ist in managing and supporting the companys IT infrastructure ensuring the ility and efficiency of our systems and providing exceptional support to endusers.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring and Support:

  • Monitor IT systems networks and applications to ensure performance and availability.
  • ist in troubleing and resolving IT issues including hardware software and network problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Incident and Problem Management:

  • Log and track incidents and service requests using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.
  • ist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues escalating complex problems to senior ysts as needed.
  • Contribute to the doentation of common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base.

• Configuration and Deployment:

  • Support the deployment of new software and hardware including installation and configuration.
  • ist in maintaining system configurations and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• User Support and Training:

  • Provide technical support to endusers including troubleing and resolving issues related to hardware software and network access.
  • ist in creating and updating user doentation and training materials.

• Reporting and Doentation:

  • Generate and review system performance reports and metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate doentation for IT processes procedures and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in an IT support or operations role preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT systems networks and basic troubleing techniques.

• Ss:

  • Strong problemsolving and ytical ss.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal ss.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Linux) and networking concepts.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA) is a plus.

• Certifications (Optional):

  • CompTIA A ITIL Foundation or similar certifications are advantageous.
