Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and ytical Operations yst to enhance our operational efficiency and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will yze processes identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements that align with organizational goals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless workflows and datadriven decisionmaking.
Responsibilities:
- yze and optimize operational processes for efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support management in strategic decisionmaking with data insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Create and maintain operational doentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
- 2 years of experience as an Operations yst or in a similar role.
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in data ysis tools (e.g. Excel Tableau SQL).
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and process improvement odologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: $60000 $75000 annually (depending on experience).
