Job Description

This is a remote position.

Summary
The Clinical Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring efficient patientprovider assignments managing compliancerelated tasks and supporting enrollment processes. This dynamic role requires strong organizational and problemsolving skills to contribute to crossfunctional operations in a fastpaced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage patientprovider assignments to balance provider panel sizes and optimize care capacity.

  • Assist in panel rebalancing by adjusting assignments based on provider availability and patient needs.

  • Ensure compliance with prescription authority and manage application submissions where vendor support is unavailable.

  • Create maintain and update collaborative agreements between MDs and NPs.

  • Track RN licenses Medicare/Medicaid enrollments and manage revalidation processes.

  • Support credentialing deployments to enable providers for patient care and billing compliance.

  • Assist with Final Medical Approval (FMA) processes for timely patient onboarding.

  • Act as a point of contact for enrollment and crossfunctional partners fielding queries and streamlining communication.

  • Provide operational support for Enrollment team requests and coordination.

  • Contribute to workflow improvements and crossfunctional collaboration as team demands evolve.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in operations or generalist roles in healthcare or similar fields.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for crossfunctional teamwork.

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.

  • Experience supporting operational workflows in regulated environments.

  • Knowledge of provider management tools or related systems.
