Job Description
Augmentjobs is seeking a detailoriented and ytical Operations yst to join our dynamic team. The Operations yst will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes to enhance efficiency productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong ytical mindset excellent problemsolving ss and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
yze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement efficient operational strategies to streamline workflows.
Gather yze and interpret data to inform decisionmaking processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
Conduct costbenefit yses to support operational decisions and project planning.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
ist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operations.
Provide training and support to team members on operational best practices.
Required Ss and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
25 years of experience in an operations ysis or similar role.
Strong proficiency in data ysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
Excellent ytical and problemsolving ss.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management ss.
Experience with project management and process improvement odologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
Knowledge of industrystandard operational metrics and KPIs.
Familiarity with ERP systems and other business software applications.
