Purpose of the job

As a Facilitator (Digital Trainer) you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals and teams with the digitalskills and knowledge needed to thrive in todays rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will designand deliver training programs that cover a wide range of digital tools platforms and strategiesequipping participants with the capabilities to leverage digital technologies effectively in their personaland professional endeavours. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends excellentcommunication skills and a passion for education and skill development.

Key Responsibilities


Training Program Development:


Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive digitaltraining programs tailored to different audience segments and skill levels.

Design curriculum and learning materials that cover topics such as digital marketing socialmedia management website development data analytics cybersecurity and more.

Training Delivery:

Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions workshops and seminars both inperson and virtually utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and tools.

Provide handson guidance and support to participants as they navigate digital tools and platforms addressing questions troubleshooting issues and offering best practices and tips.

Content Creation and Curation:

Develop and curate educational resources including tutorials guides videos and case studies to supplement training programs and support ongoing learning.

Stay updated on the latest digital trends technologies and industry developments to ensure training content remains relevant and up to date.

Assessment and Feedback:

Assess participants learning progress and proficiency through quizzes assignments and practical exercises providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.

Solicit feedback from participants to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for enhancement or refinement.

Continuous Learning and Development:

Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development by promoting participation in additional training opportunities workshops webinars and industry certifications.

Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to individuals seeking to further develop their digital skills and expertise.


Knowledge skills and experience required


Bachelors degree/equivalent qualification in Instructional Design Education DigitalMarketing Graphic Design Communications Journalism or related field.

Finance degree will be advantageous.

Must have 35 relevant experience interacting with various stakeholders also on a virtualcapacity and additionally must be able to independently obtain the information.

Proven experience as a digital trainer instructional designer with a strong track record ofdesigning and delivering effective training programs.

Deep knowledge of digital tools platforms and strategies across various domains includingbut not limited to digital marketing social media web development and data analytics.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex conceptsin a clear and accessible manner.

Experience with virtual training platforms and technologies such as web conferencing toolsand learning management systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and projectssimultaneously.

Passion for learning and staying abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for storytelling and engagingaudiences.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managingmultiple projects and deadlines effectively.
