The Senior Facilitator plays a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness by designing and delivering highimpact training programs and workshops. This position is responsible for enhancing team performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through strategic facilitation and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Create engaging materials and resources that align with organizational objectives.
- Lead workshops training sessions and teambuilding activities ensuring active participation and knowledge retention.
- Utilize a variety of facilitation techniques to accommodate different learning styles and maximize engagement.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments making adjustments as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning and application in the workplace.
- Partner with HR and management to identify performance gaps and design interventions to address them.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on team dynamics and organizational culture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and innovative facilitation techniques.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce Human Resources Business Management Industrial Engineering IT or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilitation training or a related role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs and workshops.
