My client an international law firm are currently recruiting for this brandnew role of Office Manager. In this role you are managing a team of 3 ensuring the best quality of service for internal and external clients. The daytoday duties include but are not limited to the following:
Tasks
- Oversee daily operations of the business services area ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency.
- Manage a team of staff providing guidance training and support as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors clients and employees.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments optimising time management and resource allocation.
- Implement and enforce business services policies and procedures to uphold organisational standards.
- Handle enquiries complaints and requests promptly and effectively demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory ordering replenishments as necessary to support operational needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
- Evaluate business services performance metrics and implement improvements for enhanced service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance business services.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in leading teams in hospitality or customer service
- Ideally experience gained in facility/office management law firm or corporate
- Fluent English and French; Dutch language skills
- Ability to prioritise efficiently handle multiple tasks/projects and make effective
- Maintain a positive attitude and urgency in resolving
