Job Description
As a Portfolio Lead you play a key role in supporting the Manager of Portfolio Planning and Delivery Management Epic Portfolio Leads (EPLs) Epic Owners and the Delivery Committee. Your focus is on improving portfolio processes and reporting on the progress of the global roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Optimize a portfolio management vision with an agile approach in collaboration with the EPLs and the Delivery Committee. You will develop and improve portfolio methodologies procedures templates and tools. You also ensure compliance with internal cost guidelines.
- Coaching: Guide and coach EPLs and Epic Owners in their daily operations.
- Knowledge Management: Build maintain and share knowledge on portfolio management methodologies procedures and tools to ensure marketaligned management practices.
- Support and Advice: Provide administrative and operational support to EPLs and Epic Owners offering advice on project management tools and methodologies.
- Reporting and Followup: Monitor manage and report on resources budgets and risks. Oversee the progress of initiatives and ensure that epics contribute to the intended business value.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage stakeholders in the development and management of the portfolio. Collaborate with the Finance and IT Financials team to ensure clear and consistent financial data and work with EPLs across various domains to ensure consistency and quality in reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that epics and portfolios meet established quality standards and processes.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of work experience with 5 to 7 years in portfolio management.
- Experience in the banking sector.
- Experience with project accounting is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Office tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Clarity and Jira is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch.
