IT Infrastructure & Platform Team Manager
Locations: Antwerp Brussels
As the IT Infrastructure and Platform Team Manager at Orange Cyberdefense you will be managing a team of DevOps (Cloud) platform and IT Infrastructureengineers.
With your organizational skills your run your team and you organize your projects backlogs and sprints. With your people management skills you will be managing challenging motivating and inspiring our people. With your sense of responsibility you will deliver secure and reliable platforms.
You will be a DevOps evangelist Infrastructure as Code should be the mission with everything we do.
What we are looking for
- Solid professional DevOps experience gained from within DevOps teams
- Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes Terraform
- Experience with onpremises deployments and experience with at least one of the major Cloud Platforms (Ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AWS Azure or Alibaba Cloud)
- Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
- You can manage a team of DevOps and ITinfra engineers and know how to do backlog management and do services priorities management
- You take the initiative and bring new ideas to the table
- You can deliver and keep focused on the bigger picture
What would be nice to have
- Experience with Ansible
- Understand CI/CD pipelines test automation and quality/security scanning tools
- Experience with monitoring and dashboarding tooling preferably Prometheus and Grafana and a passion for Cybersecurity
