Working as a Presales Solution Specialist ( Secure Infrastructure Networking )
As a Cybersecurity Presales Solution Specialist Secure Infrastructure Networking youll be the technical expert supporting our sales team. Your mission To design and present secure infrastructure networking solutions that meet our customers unique needs.
You will provide technical support during the sales process understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions. Youll create innovative secure infrastructure networking solutions complete with technical proposals and documentation. Conducting product demos and proofofconcept sessions to highlight our solutions capabilities will be a key part of your role.
Engaging with customers to build strong relationships understanding their challenges and offering expert advice is essential. Youll deliver clear and compelling technical presentations tailored to customer needs. Collaboration with our technology partners will help you stay ahead of the curve and enhance our offerings. Staying informed about industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies will inform our solutions. Youll create and maintain technical documentation and share your knowledge with the team. Supporting the crafting of winning responses to requests for proposals and information will also be part of your responsibilities.
What youll do:
- Be the Tech Guru: Provide technical support during the sales process understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Design Solutions: Create innovative secure infrastructure networking solutions complete with technical proposals and documentation.
- Showcase Our Tech: Conduct product demos and proofofconcept sessions to highlight our solutions capabilities.
- Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers understand their challenges and offer expert advice.
- Deliver Wow Presentations: Present technical solutions in a way thats clear compelling and tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work with our technology partners to stay ahead of the curve and enhance our offerings.
- Stay Ahead of the curve: Keep up with industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies to inform our solutions.
- Document and Share: Create and maintain technical documentation and share your knowledge with the team.
- Support RFPs/RFIs: Help craft winning responses to requests for proposals and information.
What were looking for:
- Tech Savvy: 2 years of experience in network design or as a networking Consultant Engineer or Presales Consultant. Specialized knowledge in networking technologies.
- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can explain complex tech in a simple way.
- CustomerCentric: You understand customer needs and can provide tailored solutions.
- Team Player: You work well with crossfunctional teams and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical issues.
- Certified Pro: Relevant certifications like HPE Aruba Architect Extreme Networks Design Specialist or similar are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of network architectures cloud architectures and network protocols.
- Passionate: You love technology and stay updated on the latest trends.
- Multilingual: Fluent in Dutch English and optionally French.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with wired or wireless network solutions including Access Points and Wireless LAN Controllers.
- Knowledge of Ethernet VLANs IP Routing TCP/IP VxLAN Multicast Spanning Tree 802.11x NAC/Identity Solution.
- Understanding of SASE (SDWAN & SSE) and Zero Trust Architecture (NIST SP 800207
- Knowledge of network security cloud security and/or application security
- Understanding of the sales cycle and decisionmaking processes in cybersecurity.
- Relevant technology partner certifications (e.g. HP Aruba Extreme Networks and/or Juniper).
