Data & AI Strategy Consultant
Location: Belgium (Brussels Antwerp Ghent) Hybrid working

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join our clients dynamic team in Belgium. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for our clients by crafting and executing robust data and AI strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of how data can drive business value strong knowledge of AI technologies and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
As part of a leading technology consulting firm you will work on highimpact projects across various industries guiding organizations in leveraging data and AI to unlock new opportunities improve efficiency and enhance decisionmaking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Data & AI Strategies: Collaborate with clients to design and implement data strategies aligned with their business goals ensuring the integration of advanced analytics machine learning and AI technologies.
- AI Transformation: Lead AI maturity assessments and roadmap development to support businesses in their AI adoption journey.
- Data Governance & Architecture: Assist in designing scalable data architectures ensuring proper data governance quality control and compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business leaders IT teams and data scientists to align technical solutions with business objectives acting as a translator between technology and business.
- Project Leadership: Drive endtoend of data and AI projects from ideation to implementation ensuring the delivery of highquality solutions on time and within budget.
- Use Case Identification: Identify highvalue use cases for AI applications including predictive analytics natural language processing computer vision and automation.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of AI machine learning and data trends and provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices in the AI field.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and measure the business impact of data and AI initiatives making recommendations for optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data strategy AI strategy digital transformation or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of data architectures cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Familiarity with big data platforms such as Hadoop Spark and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

- Business Acumen: Proven experience in translating business needs into data and AI solutions ideally across multiple industries (e.g. finance retail healthcare manufacturing).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical analysis predictive modeling and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex datadriven insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership in managing crossfunctional teams and driving complex AI projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Business or related fields.
- Certifications: Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Azure) data analytics (e.g. Certified Data Management Professional) or AI specialization.
- Multilingual: Fluency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable in addition to English.
