Join Our Team as a Customer Service Coordination Intern!

As a Customer Relationship Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers providing assistance resolving issues and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving complaints and providing exceptional customer service.

2. Coordinate and manage customer accounts ensuring accurate and uptodate information is maintained in the companys CRM system.

3. Collaborate with internal teams such as housekeeping marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer interactions and to identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling.

4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies personalized communication and customer outreach initiatives.

6. Monitor customer interactions and trends to identify potential issues or areas of improvement and escalate them to the appropriate departments.

7. Provide training and support to customer service representatives ensuring consistent and highquality customer interactions.

8. Drive membership sales by actively promoting and communicating the benefits of membership programs to existing and prospective customers.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a customer service or customerfacing role with a track record of providing exceptional service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
