Tasks

In your daytoday:

You will process customer payments

You will ensure that payments are applied according to customer instructions

You will support the efforts to keep unapplied/unreconciled payments at minimum levels

You will maintain all General Ledgers fully reconciled

You will support the monthly closing procedures and AR reserve calculations

You will support the activities related to financing

You will develop a good working relationship with all internal and external partners

You will support Financial and Management reporting

You will support delivery of accurate weekly cash flow forecast

Requirements

Youre the person were looking for if:

You have at least a C1 level of English

You have a Bachelors degree in Business or Finance

You have a good command of Excel

Youre assertive dynamic and organized with a methodical approach

You can handle a high volume transactions (payment negotiations disputes)

You have good interpersonal skills and are a real team player

Any knowledge of ERPs would be a plus
