My client an international law firm are currently recruiting for this brandnew role of Business Service Manager. In this role you are managing a team of 3 ensuring the best quality of service for internal and external clients.
Oversee daily operations of the business services area ensuring smoothfunctioning and efficiency.
Manage a team of staff providing guidance training and support as needed.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors clients andemployees.
Coordinate scheduling and appointments optimising time management andresource allocation.
Implement and enforce business services policies and procedures to upholdorganisational standards.
Handle enquiries complaints and requests promptly and effectivelydemonstrating exceptional customer service.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory ordering replenishments asnecessary to support operational needs.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication andcoordination.
Evaluate business services performance metrics and implement improvementsfor enhanced service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhancebusiness services.
Relevant experience in leading teams in hospitality or customer servicemanagement.
Ideally experience gained in facility/office management law firm or corporateenvironments.
Fluent English and French; Dutch language skills desirable.
Ability to prioritise efficiently handle multiple tasks/projects and make effectivedecisions.
Maintain a positive attitude and urgency in resolving issues.
