Basic Qualification

• Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related fields.
• Work Experience: 3 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Core Skills: Intermediate/Advanced understanding of ERP and POS Software.
• Understand software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge in database administration SQL Query Crystal Report and Application Coding.

• Others: Experience in retail business.

Job Summary

• Frontend and backend application support.
• Analyse and design core business applications and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support or POS/SAP B1 and other systems to clients and colleagues in other departments.
• Establish the root causes of application errors and escalate serious concerns to the team.
• Perform data query summary and reporting.
• Resolve urgent and immediate requests by various users in a vibrant and demanding environment.
• Analyse business processes and provide solutions for business applications.
• Gather and analyze users requirements for system design.
• Work closely with programmers developers testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Conduct and perform testing sessions for system enhancement.
• Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system.
• Process documents and monitor application performance metrics.
• Perform any other jobs as assigned by supervisors.
