KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join an important client focused on innovative technologies in machine vision and fiber optics dedicated to become a world leader in Machine Vision AI and Optoelectronics Information Industry.
Location:Bangkok Thailand
Functions
- Responsible for installation commissioning and training of vision inspection system and machine acceptance.
- Pay frequent customer visit for presales evaluation and aftersales service to improve customer satisfaction and build
- strong relationship.
- Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
- Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.
Requirements
- 1 years of experiences in similar technical services job.
2. Education: Diploma degree or above. Major in mechanical IT or automation electrical is preferred.
3. Good communication skills hard working self motivated and a good team player.
4. Knowledge in mechanical and electrical can read and draw basic drawings.
5. Familiar with office software such as office and WPS; Know how to use AutoCAD basically
6. Mandarin speaker and local language
