Job Description

Our network includes 2400 tutors and consultants worldwide who work with over 20000 students.

Our tech platform connects tutors and mentors to high school students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities in the US Canada UK and beyond.

This is a fulltime position based in Bangkok Thailand.

What are the main responsibilities for this role

  • Conducting consultations and academic assessmentsin a professional
    manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.
  • Presenting Crimson products
  • Establishing developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
  • Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
  • Pitching and ideating new ways to connect with families/students
  • Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Establishing rapport with new leads via phone meeting and email to initiate
    sales consultations
  • Consistent and timely on boarding of new clients to the Education Coordination
    team as per Crimsons new client onboarding process
  • Offer a brief overview of the admission processes for US/UK/CA/EU/AU and help
    identify suitable options steering the conversation towards the best fit for the
    student.
  • Collaborate with the service delivery team to create customised programs for
    each student.
  • Postsales: Maintain regular communication with clients to identify any upsell
    opportunities and encourage continued engagement.
  • Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed withinCrimsons Client Relations Management (CRM) system
  • Submitting fortnightly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for
    management
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely
    payment of accounts

You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Excellent previous sales track record
  • Strong storytelling skill and experience public speaking
  • Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process
  • Interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best program
  • An interest in changing the world through education!
  • Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone

Experience that would be useful in this role:

  • Salesforce
  • Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluency in English. ( Mandarin is a plus)
  • Understanding of the US/UK Undergrad application process
