About The Role
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will join a collaborative team based in Nottingham. Responsibilities of the solicitor include:
- Managing own caseload with varied Court of Protection/capacity matters
- Sound knowledge and application of legislation
- Active participation in the firm’s business development initiatives
- Supervision and mentoring of junior team members
