Job Description: Analyze training needs of QatarEnergy to develop strategic learning solutions to meet the organization’s current and forecast requirements; through the design, development, and coordination of optimized learning solutions using a variety of delivery methods to fulfil the identified learning objectives; and consistently capture and critically analyze training feedback from stakeholders and implement modifications and enhancements to continually improve learning solutions [ads1] Job Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience in curriculum development and instruction. • Experience in generating, implementing and overseeing contracts and training service agreements. • Minimum of 7 years experience in relevant industry and/or industrial training environmen • Bachelor degree in a technology or related discipline. Postgraduate qualification in education or training is an advantage. • Understanding of the learning approaches and methodologies and of the principles of implementing training programs. • Overseeing and evaluating vendors and external service providers. Managing the full tender process; from invitation to awarding. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in SAP Success Factors application is an advantage.
