General Manager

Key Responsibilities:Oversee the overall execution and business development of the company.Own and manage the overall business P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.Lead the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Minimum Requirements:10-15 years of experience in Doha.Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.Master in Business Administration or Master in Finance.Proven experience in the design and execution of ELV & IoT systems for SMART Cities.Demonstrated success in leading a P&L unit in a similar operating company in Qatar.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Strong business knowledge and strategic thinking abilities.Salary:
