Backend Python Engineer with Flask and MongoDB Expertise

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems utilizing Python and Flask.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases for efficient storage and querying of JSON interview questions and other related data.
• Work closely with frontend engineers to integrate backend functionalities with frontend interfaces.
• Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code in compliance with best practices.
• Engage in code reviews actively contribute to team discussions and share knowledge within the team.
• Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems to ensure they are up to date and running smoothly.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in backend development AWS services and AI technologies to continuously improve our systems.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
• Backend development experience/Comprehensive understanding specifically with Python and Flask.
• Proficiency in MongoDB with a strong understanding of designing schemas for JSON data storage.
• Solid grasp of RESTful API development and experience ensuring seamless integration with frontend technologies.
• Knowledgeable in AI concepts with a track record of building AIdriven applications is an advantage.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and adeptness in a fastpaced agile development environment.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills proven by a history of successful collaborations with frontend teams.
• Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.

• Experience with Docker Kubernetes or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices including OAuth JWT and data encryption techniques.
• Competency in writing unit tests and integration tests to ensure system robustness and reliability.
