Data Integration Specialist with Zoho ytics

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration & Extraction: Extract and synchronize data from CrunchTime and other relevant data sources. Set up and manage data connections using Zoho Databridge or similar integration tools. Ensure smooth and secure data flows from various APIs or databases to the analytics platform.

Data Transformation & Modeling: Clean transform and aggregate data from multiple sources to prepare it for reporting and visualization. Collaborate with the dashboard development team to define data models for key metrics. Create automated data pipelines to keep the dashboard updated in realtime.

Dashboard & Reporting: Build interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics Metabase or similar tools based on project needs. Assist in creating meaningful visualizations and custom reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure data accuracy and usability within the dashboards by conducting regular checks and troubleshooting issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with project management aand other stakeholders to understand data requirements. Provide technical guidance on integrating various data sources and suggest improvements for data flow. Collaborate with the dashboard team to implement effective visualizations for endusers.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho Analytics Metabase or Similar Tools: Proficient in using Zoho Analytics and/or Metabase for creating dashboards visualizations and custom reports. Experience in managing data integration through Zoho Databridge or other similar integration platforms.

Data Integration & API Expertise: Experience in integrating data from various sources particularly CrunchTime using APIs or direct database connections. Proven experience with ETL processes data pipelines and automation of data synchronization.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying transforming and aggregating data. Experience with APIs for data extraction and integration. Familiarity with cloudbased analytics platforms and data warehouses is a plus.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve data integration transformation and synchronization issues. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.
Preferred

Qualifications:

Prior experience with CrunchTime or similar restaurant management systems.

Experience with multiple data integration platforms and reporting tools.

Familiarity with additional Zoho products or Metabase features.

Knowledge of cloud data storage solutions or data warehousing is a plus.

Requirements and skills Proven SEO experience Link building Expertise In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Universal Analytics and G4) In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing Search Console. Knowledge of Link building tools (Semrush, Ahref etc.) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments in content. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SMO Intermediate skills in MS Excel and Report or Presentation creation. Graduation degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
