Brief of the Role Area Sales Executive will grow and develop fragrance business with Personal Care and Home Care manufacturers in and around Delhi NCR region in line with company sales strategies . The incumbent will require to achieve targets build strong client relationships conduct market research and collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated with trends.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales marketing and operations teams.
- Attend industry events and promote RS Fragrances offerings.
- Increase brand visibility and generate leads through participation in events and exhibitions.
KRA
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share in Delhi NCR
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new market trends and opportunities to capitalize on.
- Provide actionable insights from sales data to improve performance.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in the Fragrance & Flavour Industry or Personal Care Ingredients Industry.
- Basic understanding of the FMCG market particularly Consumer Products.
- Thorough market knowledge and trend awareness.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 1520 days a month
