Job Title: Executive Assistant

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative communication and project coordination tasks. This role requires a detailoriented professional who can efficiently manage the CEOs daily activities enhance productivity and act as a reliable point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEOs calendar schedule meetings coordinate travel and handle daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication Management: Draft and review correspondence prepare reports and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Project Coordination: Assist with ongoing projects track timelines and help organize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Document and File Management: Maintain organized files and records ensuring that documents are easily accessible and uptodate.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual and inperson meetings prepare agendas and coordinate any necessary arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Soft Skills: Proactive adaptable and excellent interpersonal skills.
