Job Description
Our Client is seeking for a skilled and experienced Telesales Exec who will assist new customers on the services provided as well as providing support to sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtaining new customers who have contacted us overnight who have given us
their basic details as they are looking to sell their car. - Chasing up customers who we have requested additional information from but
they have still not supplied. - Contacting potential Partners who make an inquiry.
- Providing support to our sales team if they need some help in arranging
appointments etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 1years work experience
- We are seeking candidates proficient in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarinspeaking clients
- Good organization skills
- Computer literate
- Selfmotivated and customer service oriented
- Good attention to details
