Our Client is seeking out for a proactive and engaging Client Sales Executive to join their dynamic sales team. This role is crucial in expanding their footprint in the Malaysian market and driving their sales to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing
clients as well as used car dealers. - Understand and cater to clients needs providing personalized solutions and
offers primarily through phone interactions. - Proactively manage our pipeline of prospective warm leads and maintain
accurate customer data in our systems. - Promote and enhance Motorists brand image by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Preferably holds a Bachelors degree.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly positive demeanor.
- Skilled in telephone etiquette and maintaining a professional tone of voice.
- Fluent in English Malay and other languages a bonus with at least 1 year of
experience in a salesrelated role.
