We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to become a vital part of our extraordinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness organization and overall ambiance of our prestigious hotel ensuring that every guest enjoys a pristine environment.
What you will bring:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper who excels in leadership and operational management. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Team Leadership Skills: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff coordinating their activities and training them in best practices to meet departmental goals.
- Operational Management Expertise: Oversee inventory management handle guest requests and complaints and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and maintain health and safety standards while ensuring quality assurance processes are followed.
- Strong Communication Abilities: Liaise effectively with property owners and managers to understand project scopes and deliver excellence in execution.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrate an excellent history of successful project delivery within the housekeeping department.
Minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: Applicable tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Tourism is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with OPERA or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
