Human Resources Department is Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to assist in organizing and facilitating recruitment & talent acquisition efforts at BMC through sourcing candidates with the preestablished set of knowledge skills and abilities consistent with BMC goals & objectives; and coordinating with hiring managers and applicants in conducting interviews and various assessment & onboarding efforts towards achieving BMC s hiring needs promptly and effectively through equitable transparent diligent professional and best practice hiring processes.
Requirements
Education:
An earned Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Human Resources Management
Certified training in the specialization is an added value.
Experience:
Proven Recruitment Achievements
Experience handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in the use of dashboard computers and computing devices.
Ability to Provide academic leadership.
Effective presentation skills.
Effective administrative/ interpersonal skills.
Forming the annual reporting for recruitment activities.
Other Requirements:
Preferably to be CIPD PHRI SHRM Certified.
Training Courses or Workshops in Talent Management is a plus.
Actively attending yearly HR summit or seminars conducted locally and globally.
