Job Description
Within the BI & Analytics team you will work as an application analyst developer for the projects of the client directorate. You combine the roles of Application Owner Developer and Functional Analyst.
You map out and document clients needs in terms of the reports and dashboards for which you are responsible.
You translate these needs into concrete functional specifications for specific reporting purposes.
You have regular contact with various departments and their directors.
You are interested in Maintenance schedules Immobilisation schedules transportation planshuman resources related to work schedules and you are willing to make site visits to the various work sites across the country.
You provide input and suggestions regarding reporting techniques to the business through through mockups PoCs and best practices
You validate the reports and dashboards which are developed by an internal or external developer.
You document the solutions and keep this documentation up to date.
You regularly coordinate with users suppliers and other stakeholders to develop the necessary roadmaps (improvements bugs incidents).
As an expert of the application(s) reports and dashboards you manage you are the point of contact for colleagues and business stakeholders.
You will at all times guard the consistency with existing business and solution
architecture and consult with the Enterprise System and Solution Architects when necessary.
You participate in the development of test scenarios functional tests and data
cleaning.
Requirements
Profile:
At least 8 years experience within a similar role (Application Owner Functional Analyst SAP BW developer...)
Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated experience with reporting tools SAP BW SAP BW/4HANA Webi BO SAP Analytics Cloud PowerBi
Experience with a migration path from BW (7.x) to BW/4HANA
Thorough knowledge of SAP MM
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO PM and PS are an advantage
Knowledge of various analysis techniques (use cases scenario building ...)
Knowledge of and experience with Agile Scrum
Good knowledge of Dutch French and English both spoken and written
Good communication skills
Methodical accurate and sense of detail
Proactive strong problemsolving and practiceoriented organised
