Job description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our recruitment team as an Appointment Setter.
In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates to schedule appointments with our recruitment consultants and introduce them to exciting career opportunities within our clients network.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates via phone inMail and other communication channels.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our agency and the career opportunities we offer.
- Schedule appointments for our recruitment consultants to discuss potential career paths and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and appointment scheduling in our CRM.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with candidates and effectively convey information about career opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping individuals advance in their careers.
