Job Description

You ll be the first point of contact for potential clients playing a crucial role in the company s growth strategy. Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients introducing our surveying services and arranging appointments
- Identify and qualify promising leads uncovering new business opportunities
- Maintain an uptodate and accurate customer database ensuring all relevant information is captured
- Conduct followups with prospects and manage a busy appointment calendar efficiently
- Work closely with the sales team ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay informed about our services and industry trends to provide valuable insights to potential clients
Requirements
- Should reside in Quezon City or near by areas and work on site on one day a week.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse professionals
- Previous experience in appointment setting or a similar role preferably in a B2B environment (real estate background is a plus but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different types of clients and industries
- Strong selfmotivation and the drive to meet and exceed daily/weekly appointment setting targets
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company with confidence and integrity
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and company services to provide informed valuable interactions with potential clients
