Manager Group Finance Operations

We are looking to hire a Manager Group Finance & Operations for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Full or Part Qualification in CA ACCA or CIMA
• Minimum of 46 years of previous experience in the preparation of financial statements in a senior capacity
• Proven experience in financial management operations and leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
• To lead and inspire a team to peak performance.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning budgeting analyze performance and ensure compliance.
• Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes collaborate crossfunctionally and mitigate operational risks.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a highperforming team fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Strategic Contribution: Participate in developing company goals and aligning them with financial and operational strategies.
• Strategic Decision Support: Analyze financial information and provide insights to guide strategic decisionmaking.
