Product Owner - E-wallet

Job Description

• Oversee the provision of online payment services to payment acceptance entities.
• Identify market opportunities envision strategies and develop suitable product strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Business and Partner units to gain profound insights into target customers and propose product action plans to achieve business objectives.
• Establish product development requirements manage backlogs to ensure development teams have a clear and comprehensive understanding of product feature requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams in defining product development requirements providing solution consultancy and identifying issues during product development to achieve set goals.
• Monitor product operation processes analyze user data and feedback to measure product effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for product enhancement and optimization.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Product Owner role in the Fintech or banking/financial industry (experience in payment gateway projects ewallets is advantageous).
• Experience working with large Enterprise clients with negotiation and decisionmaking abilities.
• Ability to grasp individual customer needs with experience in exchanging ideas conducting surveys and testing product hypotheses with real customers.
• Proficiency in research data analysis and decisionmaking.
• Experience in business development of financial products is a plus.
• Proficient in English with the ability to comprehend specialized documents.
