Our client is a leading finance company in Vietnam that is looking for experienced talent to join their firm:
  • Sets the strategic direction for the company ensuring alignment with the presidents group CEO and shareholders. Effectively communicates this strategic direction to the local team.
  • Holds full responsibility for the countrys P&L ensuring both topline and bottomline financial objectives are achieved.
  • Drives operational excellence across all business areas including sales marketing operations and business development establishing a robust operating rhythm and building scalable processes.
  • Promotes innovation throughout the business including technology product service innovations and new approaches to marketing sales and operations.
  • Ensures robust risk and fraud controls compliance with local regulations and proper internal controls with documented and regularly audited processes.
  • Represents the company internally and externally actively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Builds and develops a highperformance organization and leadership team.

  • Expert in hiring the right talent and developing team members through coaching training and guidance.

  • Effectively represents the company both internally and externally with excellent English communication skills.

3. Experience:

  • Experienced in field sales management backoffice operations (financial business support logistics operations). Experience in the lending business is a plus.
  • Familiar with managing a techdriven business including business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Understands risk and compliance functions having worked in financially regulated environments.
  • Experienced in managing mid to largesized businesses and influencing senior management teams.
