Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Appointing distributors in the assigned zone
Appointing dealer/retail points
Driving secondary sales through the appointed dealers

Requirement:
Should have handled a team in the past
Worked in a target driven environment
Experience in setting up or driving channel sales in a startup would be preferred or from a traditional Battery background

NOTE: It will be 100% Field sales and candidate should be from Battery/ EVehicle segment


Overview:

The Jr Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by assisting the Key Account Manager in managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand the clients needs and provide solutions to meet them
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare reports on account status and sales performance
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service needs and opportunities
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services based on client feedback

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with clients
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Proactive and resultoriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
