Responsibilities include:
Market research Data Collection and analysis of Target company/sectorTo gather critical information on target sectors and companies enabling informed decisionmaking for client engagement and deal origination.Identifying highgrowth opportunities and companies that align with the firm s financial services.
Source analyse evaluate and engage with potential clients in the SME/Midmarkets spaceTo gather critical information on target sectors and companies enabling informed decisionmaking for client engagement and deal origination.
Prospecting and engaging with the identified list of clientsTo effectively engage with potential clients who have been identified through market research and prospecting efforts ensuring they are nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline and to build rapport understand their financial needs and position the firm s financial services as the best solution.
Identify potential opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for deals for Debt Syndication Structured Finance Project Finance Working Capital Solutions Term Loans Investment opportunities M&A etc.
Deal sourcing and managing deal pipelineTo identify source and manage potential deals in areas like debt syndication structured finance project finance working capital solutions and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). Effective pipeline management ensures that opportunities are systematically tracked prioritised and moved through each stage from initial contact to deal closure.
Negotiate and close deals with the clients with the support of Senior Relationship ManagerTo successfully negotiate and close financial deals by collaborating closely with Senior Relationship Managers (SR RMs) ensuring that the client s needs are met while adhering to the firm s objectives. The goal is to structure winwin deals that align with both the client s financial strategy and your firms risk and return criteria.
Data Collection & supportTo ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection throughout the deal process supporting decisionmaking analysis and reporting. The goal is to maintain a repository of client sector and market data that assists in deal sourcing evaluation negotiation and postdeal monitoring.
