Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to complete statutory Accounting cycle till finalizing financial statements
2. Responsible for finalization of annual accounts
3. Responsible for compliance of Tax Audit Transfer Pricing Audit VAT Audit GST Audit and annual return fillings before statutory date.
4. Providing assessment details to consultant for timely completion of Assessment under DT and IDT
5. Guiding monitoring managing & controlling of Accounts Department activities.
6. Getting the accounts audit (Plant) and taxation department properly Coordinated Cooperated and solving differences of opinion on accounting treatment or taxation decisions between departmental assistant managers. Managing his team effectively and trained them for next role.
7. Review of Accounts payable and coordination with concern department for Creditors Outstanding.
8. Champion for SAP B1 thereby ensuring all the parameters are in accordance with the requirements and up to date.
9. Responsible for circulating periodical MIS to respective stake holders for Accounts receivables accounts payables GL BRS Direct Tax compliance and Indirect Tax compliance.
10. Responsible for Monitoring and Controlling of DOA (Delegation Of Authority) for accounting and taxation activites.
11. Responsible of supervising of Export and domestic billing reviewing account receivables and periodical reconciliation.
12. Responsible of filing all statutory returns & liasoning with statutory authority with respect to Direct and Indirect taxes.
13. Responsible for SAP accounting GL Setup SAP period monitoring and other master setup if any.
14. Supervising of individual subordinate s functions & performance.
15. Liasoning with statutory and internal Auditors to get the audit done in time and implement their suggestions and remarks.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Cocoordinating with other departments for smooth working of department.
2. Advise on accounting matters to other department s process for cost controlling.
3. Subordinate development & career planning of subordinates.
4. Support in SAP implementation and training.
5. Improvising usage of SAP functionality and participate in Company s strategic project.
