Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
Your primary focus will be on achieving sales growth and profitable growth in sales and loan disbursements.
You will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential B2B clients and analyzing market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Business Development
Youll be responsible for managing the B2B portfolio in the financial sector ensuring the portfolios performan to optimize returns while minimizing risk exposure.
You will be responsible for enhancing the productivity of the team. This includes streamlining processes ensuring access to essential resources and tools and facilitating ongoing training and development initiatives.
Team management
You will establish transparent and frequent communication channels to keep the B2B team informed.
You will stay engaged in ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends sales techniques and product knowledge and sharing acquired knowledge with the B2B sales team.
About You:
MustHaves:
At least 34 years experience in financial services with a focus on SME lending and understanding of financial/banking products
Relationship Management experience in a teambased sales environment
A proven record of working with a wide range of financial services products services and processes
An indepth knowledge of the current market and emerging trends that may highlight areas for improvement risks or opportunities for our customers
Dynamic individual with a genuine passion for sales
A degree in management business administration or any relevant fields
Good understanding of regulatory guidelines credit risk operational risk processes and operations necessary to support sales operating model channels and product.
