This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician with expertise in Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows and build. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will provide advisory services on a PRN (as needed) ongoing basis for our data archiving and conversion partner. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory and a background in retail pharmacy or ambulatory EMR implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Advisory Services:
- Support data archiving/ conversion partner as the clinical and Epic SME on client calls with Retail Pharmacies
- Offer insights into system design optimization and customization to enhance pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with project teams stakeholders and endusers to provide expert guidance on Epic Willow Ambulatory workflows configuration and best practices.
2. Workflow Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze existing pharmacy workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline medication management and dispensing
3. System Build and Configuration:
- Participate in the design build and testing of Epic Willow Ambulatory modules.
- Configure medicationrelated parameters order sets and clinical decision support rules.
4. Training and Support:
- Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff on Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality.
- Provide ongoing support to endusers troubleshoot issues and address inquiries.
5.Collaboration:
- Work closely across crossfunctional teams and departments internally and externally with clients Sales Software Development and Delivery as well as with the hospital or healthcare client external (client) crossfunctional teams including pharmacists nurses physicians and IT professionals employed by the client or representing the client as a consultant.
- Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy processes within the broader EMR system.
Requirements
- Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician license (as applicable).
- Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years working directly with Epic Willow Ambulatory.
- Exposure to retail pharmacy or ambulatory EMR implementations or conversions.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medication management.
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Compensation: Hourly 1099 competitive commensurate with experience
