About the Role:
Were on the hunt for a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our clients national real estate practice. This role is based in Massachusetts with opportunities to work on acquisition disposition leasing and financing transactions. Youll collaborate with a team of experts representing Fortune 50 to 500 companies institutional investors and developers of office retail and commercial projects. If you have 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and are looking for a dynamic growthoriented role we want to meet you!
AM Law 100 Requirement:
To be considered for this role candidates must have recently worked at one of the AM Law 100 firms. To verify if your firm qualifies please check this AM Law 100 list. Only candidates who have worked at these top firms will be considered for this opportunity.
Your Mission:
- Support acquisition disposition leasing and financing transactions for a wide range of commercial real estate clients.
- Provide efficient legal services independently and as part of a team.
- Assist clients with navigating complex transactions ensuring they meet their goals and mitigate risks.
- Review and comment on loan documents leases and purchase agreements as part of the full lifecycle of a transaction.
- Deliver highquality client service while ensuring attention to detail and a proactive approach to legal challenges.
Core Competencies:
- Real Estate Transactions Expertise: Proven ability to support commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions leasing and financing.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing expert legal guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a team.
- Transactional Expertise: Familiarity with the full lifecycle of transactions including the ability to review and comment on key legal documents.
What You Bring:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
- 3 years of experience representing sophisticated owners and operators of commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of loan documents leases and purchase agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks stay organized and exercise attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and work independently as needed.
