Job Purpose:
- Comtel Systems Technology is seeking a Service Sales Representative with a strong customer focus to successfully communicate and position Comtels healthcare and security service solutions to customers in the Bay Area market. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with our existing customer base within several market areas to uncover their critical healthcare public address and physical security needs. Also assess how Comtels offered solutions provide value and longevity to their current systems. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager this role will focus on prospecting our customer base and develop new opportunities to reach and exceed the company revenue plan through added sales of small system projects preventive maintenance and service agreements. Comtels offerings include nurse call physical security (access control CCTV) public address HUGs synchronized clocks real time locating and duress solutions. The salary range for this role is between $70000 and $90000 commensurate on relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop campaigns to prospect for new opportunities with our customer base and identify new strategic accounts.
- Prospect identify and qualify leads by working with our service teams to determine customer needs.
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executive to maintain outstanding customer relationships through monthly virtual meetings and site visits.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target client organizations.
- Coordinate with our Director of Managed Services to prospect and develop our SMA agreement program for our customer base.

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Proven ability to proactively engage with clients quickly establish rapport ask thoughtful questions and influence decisions.
- Strong time management organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on client needs.
- Experience in the healthcare market preferred.
- Experience in selling software or systems within the healthcare market
Education License and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or presales support
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Sales / Customer Service Training
Physical Requirements:
- Requires prolonged sitting standing some bending stooping and stretching. Requires manual dexterity and eyehand coordination for data input.
- Consistent reliable and timely attendance.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and if requested reasonable accommodation will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job absent undue hardship.
