Commercial Sales Manager
Pay: $108k annually
Shift: Day Shift
Job Type: Direct Hire
Location: Catoosa OK

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit detailed sales quotations to customers including thermal design costing and specification reviews/clarifications.
- Research and communicate customer needs to develop competitive and applicable offerings.
- Negotiate with customers to secure orders while ensuring company profitability and adherence to fabrication constraints.
- Assign quotations and provide multipliers to the Sales Department.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of terms and conditions and large project negotiations.
- Document all sales activities and proposals within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Comply with the Tender Review and Approval Process requirements.
- Attend design verification meetings to facilitate smooth order transitions to the Projects team.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends government regulations and shop capabilities.
- Source and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with subsuppliers during the quotation process.
- Contribute to sales forecasting and planning efforts.
- Foster professional and cooperative communication with customers and all levels of staff.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the companys products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field from a fouryear accredited college or university.
Requirements:
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to work onsite as required.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Capability to interchange responsibilities with others in the department as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work cooperatively with team members and engage respectfully with customers vendors employees and executive management.
