Job Description

Job Title: Lead Medical Affairs
Location: Gurgaon India and Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 3 years in medical affairs with a hospital

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead for Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical affairs preferably with experience working in a hospital setting and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) physicians and healthcare professionals to support the adoption of our healthcare technology solutions.
  2. Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams providing medical expertise and guidance on product development marketing materials and educational initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management marketing sales and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on medical strategy and messaging.
  4. Develop and deliver educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals including training sessions webinars and presentations.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements relevant to our products and therapeutic areas of focus.
  6. Represent the company at medical conferences symposiums and other industry events showcasing our technology and engaging with key stakeholders.
  7. Support the development and execution of clinical studies and research initiatives to generate evidence supporting the safety and efficacy of our products.
  8. Provide medical input and review for promotional materials publications and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Medical degree (MBBS/MD) or equivalent qualification.
  2. 2 to 3 years of experience in medical affairs preferably with exposure to hospital settings.
  3. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terminology patient care pathways and healthcare practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  6. Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
  7. Experience in healthcare technology or digital health is a plus.
  8. Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and events.
