Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead for Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical affairs preferably with experience working in a hospital setting and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) physicians and healthcare professionals to support the adoption of our healthcare technology solutions.
- Serve as a clinical resource for internal teams providing medical expertise and guidance on product development marketing materials and educational initiatives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product management marketing sales and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment on medical strategy and messaging.
- Develop and deliver educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals including training sessions webinars and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements relevant to our products and therapeutic areas of focus.
- Represent the company at medical conferences symposiums and other industry events showcasing our technology and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of clinical studies and research initiatives to generate evidence supporting the safety and efficacy of our products.
- Provide medical input and review for promotional materials publications and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MBBS/MD) or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in medical affairs preferably with exposure to hospital settings.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical terminology patient care pathways and healthcare practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Experience in healthcare technology or digital health is a plus.
- Ability to travel occasionally for meetings conferences and events.
