▪️ Minimum of 7 years experience in human resources preferably within Health sector entailing responsibilities of Compensation & Benefits
▪️ Knowledge of advanced HR Practices and HR Trends
▪️ Strong knowledge of Human Resource Best Practices, with hands on experience in Compensation and Benefits.
▪️ Ability to analyze data effectively to produce recommendations.
