HR Intern - Elegancia

About the job

Support for the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment processes such as posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests, scheduling interviews, and data entry
Partner with the Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition on sourcing, candidate targeting, and recruiting potential employees
Join in building a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process
Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
Perform administrative tasks
