Priority Relationship Manager - Fintech

The role of a Priority Relationship Manager is a specialized position within the field of relationship management and investors management. The primary focus of a Investment Consulting Manager is to cater to the needs and expectations of highvalue clients or customers.

1. Key Responsibilities:

Personnel holding the position of Business Team Leader Capital Arrangement Division is responsible for developing and taking care of priority customers in the portfolio. Based on capacity to analyse customers financial capabilities and provide consulting direction on managing customers financial portfolios in the most effective way

Take care and develop priority customer list

Evaluate the effectiveness of your customer portfolio

Build a customer network expand relationships from existing customer files to exploit and find potential customers

Exploit information analyse and evaluate the products/services customers are using to fully understand their financial needs.

Combine with other departments to advise on products for priority customers

Record and respond to customer opinions on products and services and propose solutions to improve service quality standards for priority customers

To succeed in this role you must have good communication skills in English.

2. Key Requirements:

Have experience in taking care of priority investment customers

University graduate with major in: Banking and Finance preferred; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field

Managing customer portfolio. Understanding behaviour and having the ability to analyse the needs of Priority Customers/large customers

Understanding investment products is an advantage

Ability to learn and grasp quickly withstand high work pressure
