Job Description
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Custody Services
Qualifications:
- Degree or Post Graduate qualification in the BFSI domain.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Banking and Financial Capital market with a focus on Custody Services.
- Certification in financial domain is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Banking and Financial Capital market domain with specialized knowledge in Custody Services. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Proficient in identifying and gathering business requirements from stakeholders to define comprehensive solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with both IT and Business stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for projects ensuring clarity completeness and alignment with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Review Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases to validate that the developed solutions meet the defined requirements and deliver the expected business value.
- Business Training: Lead or participate in business training sessions to onboard stakeholders and endusers on new functions or processes introduced as part of projects.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs FSDs and other relevant documentation.
- Experience in reviewing QA and UAT test cases.
- Ability to provide domain expertise and guidance during project lifecycle.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on delivering highquality solutions within defined timelines.
