About the Role:

SoftLabs is seeking Cyber Security SME for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.

Requirements:

• The core functions to be performed by the Cyber Security SME include but are not limited to the following:
  
• Working with a diverse array of stakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusion in approaches to market.
  
• Developing documentation on both current state and future state requirements and other relevant documentation as required.
  
• Supporting the Cyber Security Bundle Lead Sourcing Lead Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables.
  
• Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having 3 years experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation.
  
• Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organisations including certification in any of the following: CISSP Security CISA CISM SABSA GIAC and SANs
  
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements including experience in requirements development tender evaluation contract negotiation and service implementation.
  
• Demonstrated experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environment including within Government.
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements expectations and outcomes is essential.
  
• The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
  
• Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail. This includes the ability to plan coordinate and track the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
  

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICT delivery environments including within Government.
  
• Demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements including experience in requirements development tender evaluation contract negotiation and service implementation.
  
• Strong delivery stakeholder engagement and change management skills
  
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications or equivalent assessed comparable overseas qualifications in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technologies or Cyber Security.
